About Susan Bradley

Susan Bradley, CFP®, CeFT™ is a recognized thought leader in Financial Transitions Planning.

She is the founder of the Sudden Money® Institute (SMI), a resource center for Life Transitions and Good Decisions. The Institute trains financial advisors and other professionals in Financial Transitions Planning, a unique set of process and tools for managing the human dynamics of financial change.  Susan is the author of Sudden Money: Managing a Financial Windfall (Wiley 2000).

 
Focus On Education & Training

After more than 20 years as a full-time financial planner, Susan sold her financial planning practice to develop groundbreaking education programs for advisors, their clients, and the public. She brings her transformational programs to her audiences through speaking engagements, workshops, videos, retreats and the internet. Her corporate clients include the National Football League (NFL), Bank of Montreal, and Harris Private Bank. Susan has published and presented specialized programs (in addition to the Sudden Money® Institute), including Money Shock Management, Women in Transition, and Considerations: A Workbook Series for Inspired Management of Life Events.

Susan has served the financial planning profession as a member of the FPA’s National Board of Directors. She currently serves on the National Football League’s Players Associations’ Financial Education Advisory Board. Susan is the recognized leader in the area of Sudden Money® and has been featured extensively in the media.
